Rump roast will range in weight from 1.8kg - 2kg.

Sunday roast never tasted so good when you’re serving up MS9/9+ wagyu Rump Roast. Guaranteed to not have leftovers with this one.

Bring beef to room temperature, season with salt and pepper, sear the entire piece before putting into an oven at 120c for 45 minutes to 1 hour, using a thermometer to achieve desired doneness. Rest covered for 15 minutes before serving.

This product will be delivered in a vacuum-packed bag with a shelf life of 7 days when kept refrigerated.

Sevens Creek Wagyu beef has a marbling score of 9 or 9+ (MS9/9+) which is the highest grade that can be achieved in Australia. All products are growth hormone and preservative free.
